Social media is difficult for some brands to get right and to have a proper conversation on. That doesn’t mean we are getting it right either, as a small firm it is impossible to monitor social media constantly. However this is a very good example of several large brands getting involved (these brands can afford proper social media managers though) and the hilarious results.

Then Yorkshire Tea get involved. This is a great way of seeing these huge brands as having personality and character. My favourite bit is the cake/biscuit dilemma!
