These adverts have a clever concept: they show people trapped in the wrong professions as a way to advertising a job board.
Created by ad agency Flametree in Nairobi, Kenya, the visuals aim to describe the “caged feeling of anger, despair and frustration” that comes with being in the wrong job. They are advertising Brighter Monday, a job portal based in Kenya.
I think they are clever but think more could have been made of the concept. The images are also quite negative, but is this a bad thing? What do you think?
