Acumen Design were approached by Openreach to create an emailable sales tool kit that can be customised for each client on a monthly basis. The overall visual style needed to be graphical and eye catching and improve their current sales communications.
We started by analysing the communication process the sales team currently used and then mapped out a combined email and microsite package. This included carefully planning how the email and site looked on different platforms, as well how the email and microsite linked together.
We named the toolkit ‘connected’ and designed fully on brand and engaging templates. We also developed an imagery strategy to ensure future issues would be quick and easy to create. Finally we added some icons for core areas of the business which helped build consistency for the major topic areas so readers of future issues would look out for relevant articles to them.
The eshot was well received well and proved to be a popular tool for the Openreach sales team. Just a few months after Connected was launched Acumen Design were asked to name and develop a similar eshot and website for another Openreach department, ‘Forsite ‘ was the result and was equally well received.Download Case Study PDF
