Add to that a change at board level as the family-run business turned to the new generation, and their marketing manager Paula was tasked with rebranding and delivering that brand across many customer touchpoints. Paula did not have vast experience in brand change projects, so she needed an agency that could hold her hand through a challenging rebrand process. CED also needed an agency that could advise and guide them with establishing the fundamentals of a brand; defining a vision, values and core positioning. Take CED Stone on a rebranding journey. We started by completing a communication audit which was enlightening, and then delivered our Brand World research process to create a clear picture of their brand needs within context. We worked closely with marketing and the board to define a vision, values and brand positioning that gave clarity and direction for the brand and the company as a whole. They produce a wide range of marketing across different channels, so we made sure we developed a visual brand strategy that would become the glue that held all this together. This graphic structure has been so powerful, enabling their standards of marketing to sky rocket, from adverts and promotions, to printed brochures and exhibition events. We have also been on hand to deliver the new brand in signage and have successfully met more unusual requests, such as branded power packs for an awards dinner give-away.
