Technology changes so quickly it can be hard to keep up. But in front line sales and marketing, finding the best resource for your company can be critical. Once you find a great piece of technology or software however, the consumer has very high expectation levels, assuming that anything digital is going to be interactive, engaging and exciting. Make sure you don’t disappoint.
