When designing brand architecture focus on the end user

When designing brand architecture, it is vital to really focus on the end user, the consumer, and then do plenty of research about that audience to make sure any brand identity will resonate with the right customer persona. That may mean having slightly different styles across the brand architecture. If your organisation has quite different audience types, creating different brands that engage with the right audience can be more powerful than striving for maximum consistency that then misses all the targets. And the key to making the right decisions here is being consumer focussed and taking the time to build accurate target personas.
